How it works

You write, as usual.
An email to the tax office. A chat about your trip. Code review. You talk to your agent the way you already do — Lingvestor is not in the room.

Your agent picks the words.
It knows your level and the words you probably didn’t know — not just single words, but real phrases and set expressions. It shows you the list first. You cross out what you don’t want.

The deck appears in Lingvestor.
You approve, and a ready deck shows up in your app — named after the real moment, with cards built from your own sentences. You study it like any other.
Why it's different
The words you actually need — because your agent was there.
A normal app gives everyone the same list: “100 travel words”. But you don't need a textbook's idea of travel. You need the exact phrase you got stuck on this morning.
Your agent already knows that phrase. It knows your level, your topics, and the sentence where the word appeared. So the deck it builds is not generic — it is yours. And the examples on each card come from your real situation, which is exactly what makes a word stick.

Lingvestor cannot read your agent's memory — there is no tool for that. Your agent chooses what to share, and you see every word before it is saved.

What you actually need.

A Lingvestor account
Sign in first. Agent access is currently a limited beta, so the key section may not be enabled for every account.

A compatible client
Look for Apps, Connectors, MCP, or custom tools in your agent settings. The connection must support write actions.

A safe place for the key
Put the key only in a connector screen or configuration file. Never send it as part of an ordinary chat message.
Connect your agent
Two minutes. One key.
Start with the tab that matches how you use AI. If you never use a terminal, choose “Chat only · no terminal”. The page will tell you whether your current client can connect.

Which agents work?
Any client that can connect to a remote MCP server and allow write actions. Claude Code or Desktop, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, Cursor, and some browser chat products can do this. The option may depend on your plan or workspace settings.
I only use ChatGPT or another browser chat. Can I connect?
Only if your chat settings include custom MCP apps or connectors with write actions. If that option is missing, your current chat plan cannot connect directly. Never paste your Lingvestor key into a normal chat message.
Do I need a terminal?
Not when your chat or desktop app has a connector screen — choose “Chat only · no terminal” below. Command-line clients such as Codex CLI, Claude Code, and Gemini CLI do use a terminal or a configuration file.
Do I need a paid subscription?
Lingvestor Agent Gateway is currently a limited beta. Your AI provider may separately require a paid plan or workspace-admin permission for custom MCP connections. Check whether the connector option exists before creating a key.
Can Lingvestor read my chats?
No. Your agent calls our tools to send words in. We have no tool that reads your conversations or your agent’s memory — it is not possible by design. Your agent decides what to share, and you see it before it is saved.
Who writes the cards?
Your agent can — it knows you, so its examples come from your real life. If it only sends the word, Lingvestor writes the card for you. Cards your agent made are marked “by your agent”, and you can rebuild any of them with Lingvestor in one tap.
What about private details?
The example sentence can carry names or amounts, so your agent is told to generalize them — the meaning stays, the private bits don’t. And you always see the list first.
What happens if my plan ends?
Payments are not live yet, so final plan behaviour and limits have not been published. Before paid access launches, Lingvestor will show the price, limits, cancellation rules, and what happens to existing decks.
